1. Analyze the Allard Research and Development Distillation
System, as part of the Agriculture idea:
C. Fuels made locally for Salmon from locally
produced crops and waste.
2. Analyze Ideas
o
Prioritize ideas (which ones are the low hanging fruit)
o
Also are they long term goal or short term goals
o
Select ideas to move forward on right now (may want to keep this
to two or three items, but this should be up to the group)
o
Break down steps to do each idea.
o
Set up time lines on when steps will be accomplished
o
Write the goals for each item. There have to be measurable
goals to know when you have gotten there.
o
Strategic partnerships (who do you need to help?)
o
Assign tasks to the group
Try to make a long term schedule to show how each and every task could fit into a long range plan. Decide on a short-term goal to show success to the group and to everybody else.
3. Consider a permanent name.
