Voting people helping people

Think you can't do anything about government? 

 You can.  Just click on About on this website to send a message to our legislators.  If you don't think our government is helping you, this is the first step. 

If nothing happens, then the people may form a new party.

We know the Republican party.  They got us into the trouble we are in.  We know the Democratic party.  They are not getting us out of this trouble.  If neither of these parties will do what the people want, then the people will form a new party.

 This new party will:

1.       Reduce the military budget to defense only

2.       Create healthcare for everybody

3.       Guarantee social security

4.       Make college available to everybody

5.       Eliminate the national debt

6.       Make us energy independent

A new tax policy, eliminating government waste, and reducing the military to defense only will help us pay for these services for the people.

 

 

You can run for office.

Lemhi County needs commissioners.  The election in 2010 will be a four year term for District 2 (Richard
Snyder) and a two year term for district 3 (Brett S. Barsalou)  The pay is $20,020.00 per year, according to Terri Morton, county clerk.

Salmon City needs council members.   

Jim Baker, Leo Marshall and Jim Kluesner were elected to   four year terms on November 3, 2009.

The pay for these offices is Mayor - $850/month, Council - $450/month, according to Amy Fealko

 

 Idaho Legislature needs Senators and Representatives.  In 2010, the state needs one Senator (Jeff Siddoway), and two Representatives (JoAn Wood, Lenore Hardy Barrett).

 The state, the county and the city should help the people.  If they are not helping you, then you should run for office.  We can help you.  We already have run for state representative.  Where do you think you can help the people more?
